The next morning John decides to take a look at his new web site.  He plugs in the URL to the front end of his new store.  The screen is still white, the bottom left of the browser says "Waiting for….".  What seems like an eternity goes by and the screen finally starts to show John's web site.  It's taken well over two minutes for his front page of his site to complete.  John is a bit worried that maybe he did something wrong.  He closes the browser and tries it again.  It takes almost as long as the first time.  John's heart starts beating faster, his mind is whirling with ideas of what he might have done wrong.  He logs back into the administrator panel, it's a bit slower than it was before.  He looks up the support number and calls them again.  After a long while of listening to horrible music again a voice answers.  John explains that his site has become extremely slow.  The person on the other end asks for his account information, he hears the clicking of the keyboard once again.  The support person then tells him that he was registered for the lowest level VPS package and the least bandwidth utilization.  The support person went on to explain to John that his issues with the speed of his site were due to the low level of service he signed up for, but he could upgrade it.  John thought for a second and then asked how much it would cost to upgrade.  The support person told John the next level of service would cost an additional $30.00 a month, but for $79.95 John could get the Ultimate VPS package.  John not understanding asked what the difference was.  The support person went on to explain to John that the Platinum package would move John's site onto a different virtual host where there weren't as many sites and his bandwidth usage would be limited to 200 gigabytes per month.  The Ultimate package would move John onto another virtual host that would have no more than 20 other sites hosted on it and his bandwidth utilization would be unlimited.  John dug his credit card back out of his wallet and opted for the Ultimate package.  John has now invested nearly $110.00 to get his site set up and is now paying approximately $80.00 a month.
